Getting winter a/c tips from the HVAC tech

This was our first fall living on our own after finalizing our divorce last summer, and my ex opted to leave myself and others the house among other assets, and she took the home all of us owned… Our amicable separation had all been thanks to our teenagers, who stated they didn’t want a mess that would hurt the family; every one of us agreed to divorce, and each lived our separate lives like all of us had been living for quite some time, then the house was in superb condition, although I had to ensure the air conditioner worked well to keep myself and others sizzling in fall and winter.

  • My ex always called the AC expert to come and evaluate the central heating and cooling system; but now I had to handle it.

Thankfully, I knew all the contact information for the local heating and air conditioning business, which all of us always used to install, repair, and service the air conditioner in the house for several years, but I had to book an appointment and wait until the next day for the AC worker to come and assess the central heating and cooling. The device wasn’t all that bad, but it required an air filter change. The AC expert informed myself and others that decreasing the air filter was one way to ensure the central cooling and heating device was working effectively; plus, she had to wash other device parts, including the evaporator coil and condenser unit, apart from cleaning the cooling system, the AC expert’s helpful tip involved setting the smart temperature control to ensure the device didn’t use lots of energy in winter.
