The longer I live, the more I realize that I simply can’t do it all anymore. I once prided myself on being hyper self sufficient. I just rarely, if ever, asked for help. Certainly I went to the doctor and stuff like that. But I really didn’t like to rely on anyone but me when it came to looking after my life. Well this summer, it looks like I’m going to get a bunch of help from some HVAC technology. Like I said, I am now learning that it’s okay to lean on other people or even HVAC technology to help me out with living my best life. This is certainly a milestone in my life. And as far as the HVAC technology goes, it’s both amazing I looked for help and that I chose to use a tech gadget. I had heard plenty about the smart thermostat. So many people that I knew got them when this HVAC technology first came out. However, these are the same people who simply can’t resist buying the latest electronic thing out there. I tend to be a bit more wary. Spending a chunk of money on something that is then obsolete in six months is not my idea of happiness. But this summer, I really wanted to go all in on lowering our cooling costs. The air conditioner runs a whole lot during the summer. And we aren’t consistent with programming the thermostat we had. So enter the HVAC smart thermostat. I’m looking forward to both the savings and letting something else deal with the HVAC.
