Adding a stationary bike to the home gym

I set up a home gym for convenience’s sake.

I wanted to be able to workout at any time of the day or night without needing to drive anywhere.

I love to be able to exercise for as long as I believe love without getting interrupted or needing to hurry and finish. Since I didn’t have a lot of funds to do this job with, I needed to make the decision of what style of device to buy. I looked at treadmills, rowing machines & ellipticals but chose an exercise bike instead. One of the reasons for it was because a bike offers a relatively low-impact workout. I can get moving & burn off a whole bunch of calories without putting a lot of stress on my joints. I can adjust the position t of the seat to get a comfortable position so that I don’t worry about a sore back. I have the ability to fully customize the workout session by adding resistance, pedaling faster or choosing a program. I can even transform it into an interval training workout plan by including a combination of pedaling suddenly & sitting up from the seat. I occasionally job my arms by holding weights when I ride the bike. I’ve even worn ankle weights for short, fast bursts. I’ve found that riding the stationary bike is a beautiful way to burn a ton of calories in a single workout. I’m able to gently elevate my heart rate, get sweaty & believe nice about my accomplishment. By combining this with healthier eating habits and strenuous yearly workouts that include the bike, I’ve lost a decent amount of weight. I undoubtedly prefer using the bike. I avoid hazardous roads, negligent drivers & bad weather. Having the bike as part of my home gym lets myself and others quietly work out without any worries about what’s going on outside. All I need to do is lace up sneakers, sit down on my bike & begin pedaling.
