When a problem happened recently where the commercial heating and air conditioning system had broke down, the company could not afford to get a new one right away. Budget cuts have been happening due to lack of clients. We actually are all lucky that there is enough work to keep us employed and we are happy about that. The problem with the commercial heating and air conditioning system though, that was something that we decided we were going to pull together to make happen! We all ended up chipping in a little bit of money from our savings accounts and went to the management and told them that we would donate to get a new commercial heating and air conditioning system in the building! Otherwise, if we did not do that we would have no choice but to become unemployed because no one can work in conditions with no heating or cooling system. So we figured making a small cash investment to keep us employed was well worth it. The management agreed and was happy about it, and even they kicked in some money. They said that whenever business gets better everyone that chipped in for the new commercial heating and air conditioning system unit would be paid back on a paycheck. This was a great thing. It just shows when everyone pulls together, you can work miracles.
