One of my current biggest regrets is not paying more attention to my air conditioner! Just last month, I noticed my house was having puddles of water pooling on the floor in all locations of the house where there was a cooling system vent.

My cooling system was leaking water, and while I had ignored all the other signs of our a/c plan possibly being broken, this was something I couldn’t ignore anymore. It started with the device making strange noises, then I noticed our electric bills were abruptly rising even though the use of the cooling system device had remained the same. Now there were the leaks. I knew I had been ignoring the problem for far too long, and with reluctance I scheduled an appointment for a HVAC specialist to fix the problem. I didn’t want to originally because all of the prices of the local heating and cooling corporations in our area were insane, however it was either that or live with a leaky, broken cooling system. When the HVAC provider showed up the following afternoon, he went and took a look at our air conditioner and concluded that it wouldn’t have lasted much longer. The price was so high to service it that it would just be easier to get a new one. So, I started shopping around for new cooling equipment. It took me a few months to find one in my price range, however once I had obtained a single plus and had it professionally installed by a cooling specialist, at last all was well again. In the end I saved money plus got a brand new central air conditioner.
