Ever since I bought a portable space heater last year when my central heating and air conditioning system went down during a cold winter day, I have slept so great! The reason for this is that the heating from a portable space heater is much more smoother to me than that of a central heating and air conditioning system.

I can run it in the summer and sleep nice and sound like I do in the winter with my portable space heating system that I bought. Many people do not know that central heating and air conditioning a lot of times do not give out the best air quality. Even if you change your air filter regularly and use the top quality HEPA air filters for the central heat and a/c unit. There is just something about it that doesn’t always mean great air quality. A lot of it has to do with the type of ductwork you have and how old it is. If you have older ductwork chances are you will have not the best air quality. No matter how often you clean your ductwork to your central heating and air conditioning system. It can help, but it isn’t a cure. So I advise to look into portable heating and air conditioning products today because they will help you both sleep and breathe better than you have been!
