I work as a sales rep for my local heating and air conditioner corporation.
I would much rather be doing something else as I have no real interest in heating and cooling products, heating and air conditioner condo services or anything having to do with a central Heating & A/C system… However, it pays the bills and I can not get anything else until I get my college degree that I am going for while working here.
In the meantime, I am here selling heating and air conditioner products and services to local residents around the area. I get paid an hourly rate which is the only reason I keep this task. If I was to live on commission only, I would be a bum on the street because it is darn near impossible to sell more than a few things per week. It could be for easy heating and air conditioner tune up and check ups, it could be for a heating and air conditioner repair, or it may be for a brand new and unquestionably modern central heating and cooling system, whatever the case, I do sell, but not enough to live on commission. I should get my college degree in the next year, and at that point I will be quitting this task and moving on to get a task in something that pays better and what I absolutely want to do! This is exactly what my college education is going to be for and why I need it. This heating and air conditioner company is simply not for me!
