My doctor told me to get a humidifier.
I am actually going to listen this time because I realized while I was staying at a friend’s house that having a humidifier was really good for me.
I have struggled with having a stuffy nose and sinus drainage every single night since I was just a little girl. I have tried so many different types of medicine and other things, but nothing seemed to really work. My doctor has been telling me to get a humidifier ever since I was a little girl, and I don’t know why I never listened. I heard her tell me, and I always planned to get a humidifier, but everytime that I went to get one, something got in my way. It never worked out, so I never ended up getting a humidifier. I just stayed with a friend for an entire week, and she has a humidifier in her guest bedroom. She asked if it was okay with me that there was a humidifier in the bedroom that I would be staying in, and I told her that I would love to try out having a humidifier in my bedroom for a week. I wanted to see if having a humidifier in my room at night really helped or not. Well to my much surprise, having a humidifier in my room at night, really did help me a lot. I didn’t have a stuffy nose the entire time that I was at her house, and it was so nice. I slept so much better because of that humidifier, so I plan to get a humidifier as soon as I get some time off of work.
