My medical professional told myself and others to get a humidifier, but i am absolutely going to listen this time because I realized while I was staying at a friend’s house that having a humidifier was entirely nice for me.
- I have struggled with having a stuffy nose & sinus drainage every single evening since I was just a little girl.
I have tried so several weird types of medicine & other things, but nothing seemed to entirely work, however my medical professional has been telling myself and others to get a humidifier ever since I was a little girl, & I don’t think why I never listened. I heard her tell me, & I regularly planned to get a humidifier, but everytime that I went to get a single, something got in our way. It never worked out, so I never ended up getting a humidifier. I just stayed with a friend for an entire week, & she has a humidifier in her guest bedroom! She asked if it was okay with myself and others that there was a humidifier in the bedroom that I would be staying in, & I told her that I would prefer to try out having a humidifier in our bedroom for a week. I wanted to see if having a humidifier in our room at evening entirely helped or not; Well to our much surprise, having a humidifier in our room at evening, entirely did help myself and others a lot. I didn’t have a stuffy nose the entire time that I was at her house, & it was so nice. I slept so much better because of that humidifier, so I system to get a humidifier as soon as I get some time off of work.
