I’m done with using wood as a source for indoor heat

I started coughing incessantly a few weeks ago.

  • After many days of no improvement, I made an appointment with my nurse.

With the new climate, I absolutely wanted to make sure it wasn’t something drastic or infectious. Interestingly enough, my nurse didn’t think I had a freezing or another virus. He advised that it might be environmental dust irritations and asked myself and others to think about what I’m exposed to on a daily basis, from dust and pollen to car exhaust fumes and chemical cleaner fumes. I started thinking about every individual environmental trigger during my daily routine. I was surprised when everything came down to my fireplace in my house. Surprising to myself and others at the time, I started experiencing most of my allergy symptoms after starting a fire in the house. I talked to my nurse about it and he told myself and others it could simply be a sensitivity to smoke, and perhaps I should get the chimney cleaned. If the chimney blocks any smoke from getting outside, it can pool back into your house and create significant respiratory concerns. Another option, which could be happening at the same time, is the occasion of mold on the wood that I’m using. As the mold spores get overheated and eventually hot, the stink is released until they finally turn to ash. Regardless of the exact reason, I decided to make an appointment with the local Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C supplier to get a new indoor heating system. I’m going to buy a gas powered boiler and quit using the fireplace for the foreseeable future. I am more focused on removing my dust irritations and the constant symptoms that have plagued myself and others each and every morning.
